Our restaurant sits directly on the clifffront, looking out over the Shimoni channel. The kitchen is built around what is seasonal, local, and caught that morning. Breakfast is included for all guests. Dinner reservations are open to day visitors.

Every meal at Kasa Pomboo is shaped by the place. Our chef sources directly from the kitchen garden, from the fishing boats that come in through the channel each morning, and from local farmers in Shimoni. Dolphins pass while you eat. That is not a marketing line — it simply happens, almost every day.
