OUR STORY
Kasa Pomboo sits on a cliff above the Indian Ocean in Shimoni — a place so quietly beautiful it takes a moment to believe it is real. Our name tells our story: Kasa means sea turtle, Pomboo means dolphin — and both visit us almost every day, swimming through the channel directly in front of the hotel. You could catch a glimpse of them from your seat at lunch.
🐬 Dolphins and sea turtles visible from the restaurant, almost daily

Perched on the cliff edge with floor-to-ceiling ocean views, an outdoor shower, and a private plunge bath.
OUR POOL
Our cliff-edge infinity pool sits at the very edge of the property — the horizon dissolves into the Indian Ocean below. One of the most peaceful places on the Kenyan coast. Open to guests from sunrise to dusk.
DINING
Our kitchen draws from the Shimoni fishing community — fresh reef fish, Swahili spices, and herbs from the garden.
Meals are served overlooking the ocean, morning to evening.
From the ocean floor to ancient caves — Shimoni offers more than most people expect
MARINE · PARK

UNDERWATER
The reef directly in front of the property is alive with coral, tropical fish, and sea turtles. Guided dives available.
SUNDOWNER
